The lack of an elevator was definitely a problem. carrying luggage up several floors is not fun. We loved the room,. but the small bathroom was nice. I found that disappointing for the price. the room was very small, not much space for luggage.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the spacious room. the convenient location near the train station made it easy to travel around.

there was no elevator so i had to carry my luggage.
